How we work
Three steps, in plain words. You stay in control the whole way.
- Step 1
Start with what you have
Slides, manuals, recorded lectures, past trainings and data. We look at all of it and find where people get stuck.
We talk to your experts and map the route from what people know today to what they need to do tomorrow.
- Step 2
Rework it and add practice
Clear goals for each step. Workshops, interactive and innovative activities, and feedback, built with your experts.
They review and approve as we go. We keep what works and rebuild the rest.
- Step 3
Launch and check it worked
We run it in person, online or both, and test it thoroughly before launch.
Then we check what people do differently, report what changed, and fine-tune it.
Before, during and after the training day
A workshop is one step, not the whole programme. We prepare with real cases, make the day about practice, and follow up afterwards.
How long it takes
It depends on the scope: a couple of weeks for a short course, months for a full programme. Move the slider to see a typical plan for one new online course.
About 9 weeks from start to finish, roughly 2 months
Show as a table
| Stage | Starts after (weeks) | Ends after (weeks) | Length |
|---|---|---|---|
| Design | 0 | 2.5 | 2.5 weeks |
| Storyboarding and building | 2.5 | 7.5 | 5 weeks |
| Media creation | 4 | 6.5 | 2.5 weeks |
| Reviews and testing | 6.5 | 9 | 2.5 weeks |
Estimates for a new online course built from material you already have. Storyboarding, building, media and testing overlap. A full programme of several courses takes months; we'll give you a real plan on a call.

A free training needs check
A 60 to 90 minute session, in person if you're in Lahore, or online from anywhere else. It is with the person who owns the training and 1 or 2 people who know the learners well. We look at what you have now and where people struggle. Within a week, you get a 1-page summary with 3 priorities and what we'd suggest. No obligation.
