This is an AI chat simulation for a conflict resolution activity. The training was designed for new hires in a client-side role at a boutique IT firm, where they learn how to deal with aggressive clients presenting pressing concerns about a tool's functionality.
Alternatively, you can also specify a custom scenario from your own work and industry that regularly requires conflict resolution.
In the chat, learners practice de-escalating and resolving the conflict within 3 rounds of dialogue. Following these rounds, learners receive an automated evaluation of their performance based on a detailed rubric.
You can collaborate with ApexID to develop similar simulation exercises and assessments for a range of courses - only our imagination is the limit. The AI could have a dynamic conversation about a topic to gauge a student's deeper understanding instead of a fixed quiz, or the roleplay could take the form of any encounter that you wish to prepare your learners for.
